Ok well here's the deal there will be a workout dance off on Saturday, July 17 2010 from 10am to 11:30 @ Chizel It Fitness center! I talk about Zumba and Socarobics all the time and people always say "Oh sounds like fun!" "Oh I gotta try that" well here is your chance!!! Its $10 if you are not a member and it will be well worth it! Join us~!
