Well for a few months I have been trying to get motivated to get back to working out on the regular. Well it ain't coming & sooooo I just have to suck it up and get moving again! My issue is consistency so I have 3 good days to kick this off Saturday, Sunday, & Monday. I paid for a personal trainer today! My first session is Monday! I am looking forward to it. I have had a trainer before and they have always be helpful so no sense in waiting any longer. As for today's workout I did 50 minutes on the treadmill then the 1 hour Soca-robics class WOW! I am beat! But I feel great!
